2Our Services
DigiFiler provides FBR digital invoicing integration, ERP implementation, web design, logo design, custom software development, SEO and digital marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate proposal or agreement.
3Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete business, tax and registration information.
- Grant timely access to systems, credentials and personnel required for delivery.
- Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines.
- Ensure your business remains registered and in good standing with FBR.
4FBR Compliance Disclaimer
We build our integrations to meet FBR's published technical specifications. However, the accuracy of tax data, invoice content and your overall tax compliance remains your responsibility. DigiFiler is a technology provider and does not provide legal or tax advice. FBR may change its requirements at any time, and updates may be subject to additional charges as agreed.
5Fees & Payments
- Fees are as stated in your proposal or invoice and are payable within the agreed terms.
- Late payments may result in suspension of services or support.
- Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
6Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, such as your logo and website content. DigiFiler retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks and code libraries, and grants you a licence to use them as part of the delivered solution.
7Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical or financial information shared during the engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.
8Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigiFiler shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including penalties, loss of profits or data, arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the relevant agreement. You remain responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
10Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.
11Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
